🇮🇹 Olimpia Milano's U18 finished third the Tournament city of Torrent U22. They ended the group phase in first place, winning against Elche Academy and Saragozza for 74 to 71 and 72 to 57. In the semifinals they lost against Valencia for 83 a 95 and then won bronze medal again against Saragozza 75 to 66.

DJORDJE GULIC (2008, 6'10/208cm, Big, MKD)

He showed great ability in pick and roll situations, he has great reads and control of his body. He has a very soft touch and he's able to use his strong frame at his advantage in low post situations. His perimetral presence is zero. He has a great sense of position and he's a great rebounder. Despite his height and frame he's really mobile, he can be aggressive defending pick and roll situations and he's often ready to intercept passings.

BAPTISTE CHAVEAU (2008, 6'2/188cm, Guard, FRA)

He started multiple times, he's an energy guy, very intense on the ball and ready on the passing lines and loose balls. On offence he often makes passing and decision mistakes leading to many turnovers. He's a good three point shooter. Potential as a decent 3&D-type player.

FEDERICO COSTAGLIONE (2008, 6'2/188cm, Play, ITA)

Starting point guard of the team and has finished in the best five. He's good to create for himself and his team mates both from the pick and roll situations or 1 on 1. His shooting is efficient and solid. On defence he can put pressure on ball-handlers and he's a good defender overall. He has suffered the physicality of the competition (especially being his first event at this level). The potential is not the highest but the talent is there.

FEDERICO PILLEPICH (2008, 6'8/202cm, Forward, ITA)

He's a forward with great physical properties: long arms, long legs, strong from, rapid and tall. He's a good difender both on the perimeter and in the paint. His fundamentals are all right: non consistent shooting but good form, average ball handling and passing. He's still a very raw player in almost every aspect of the game but the potential remains high.

LUCA BANDIRALI (2008, 6'7/200cm, Forward, ITA)

He's the starting 4 but has to play consistent minutes as a 5 for lack of alternatives. His shooting is excellent, making him a great stretch four. He has also a great touch near the rim. He has a strong frame that permits him to guard and post up taller players too. His mobility and foot speed is average. Upgrading this aspect of his game he might transition to a 3: way better fit for his frame and play stile.

ANDREA CHOUENKAM (2009, 6'7/199cm, Forward, ITA)

He's the back up 4 and plays only in that position. He has a good technique in all fundamentals but lacks of decision making and body control. On defence he is solid: strong frame, good speed and good footwork. He's potential is really high but he is till very raw.

LEONARDO NICOLODI (2009, 6'6/197cm, Guard, ITA)

True shooter, he is not very involved in the team's play but he's always ready to knock down threes. He has a good first step and speed but his finishing isn't high level yet, often caused by bad choices of shot. He has showed some interesting things as a ball-handler with good readings and a great ball-handling. He has long arms and legs making that paired with a good foot speed makes him an interesting defender. His frame is still very weak and underdeveloped. He has a really high potential as a 3&D-type player.

JACOPO VOGOGNA (2009, 6'3/190cm, Play, ITA)

He plays mainly as a point guard but he is also often paired with Costaglione. His best trait is the shooting and he has a great confidence in it, often exaggerating with some terrible shot selections. His playmaking skills are still very raw and often make wrong reads or bad passes. He suffered a lot opponent's physicality both on offence and on defence. His body is still underdeveloped. Despite this he's very active on the defensive side of the floor, applying great pressure on ball-handlers.

LUCA LASALANDRA (2009, Forward, ITA)

Very limited minutes. His fundamentals are good and he's ready on defence.

FARID COMPAORE (2010, 6'4/193cm, Guard, ITA)

He has a limited role in the team's play but he's always ready to shoot or drive and create a new advantage. He has a great first step and a good finishing ability. His shooting technique is ugly and not efficient. On defence he's very versatile and he is good at using his athleticism to guard 1-4 positions. His frame is still very raw but athletic, understandable for his age. Very high potential as and all-around player.

MATTIA SGUAZZIN (2010, 6'7/200cm, Forward, ITA)

He's a very strong and athletic forward. He he's fast and very good in 1 on 1 situation, creating many advantages, but often he doesn't find the right timing or finishing choice to conclude at the rim properly. He is used to dominate physically against his peers and has to step up his game to be consistent at this level. The shooting technique is looking good but not always efficient. On defence he uses his great athletic features to defend on everybody. Very promising prospect as a slasher.
